Framed Cabinet Specifications This is a traditional face frame cabinet that can be used for partial or full overlay, as well as full inset. The case is constructed of veneer core plywood. The sides are 3/4", the top and bottom are 1/2" and the back is 1/4". Base cabinets have a full dust cover. Tongue and groove construction is used throughout. All exterior veneers are plain sliced or better and the interior is white birch. The front frames are constructed of 3/4" solid lumber, mortise and tenon using a long tenon which is stapled and glued. The top rail is 1 1/2", center stiles are 2 1/2" and all other stiles and rails are 1 1/4". The shelves are 3/4" veneer core with a solid wood nosing, machined and sanded as a small bull nose. 5 mm holes in the cabinet sides provide shelf adjustment. Base and tall cabinets have a 4" high and 3" deep toe kick. Drawers have 5/8" soft maple sides and are dovetailed. Blum tandem full extension under mount slides are used unless others are specified. Doors are 3/4" solid wood in various designs.

Frameless Cabinet Specifications This contemporary cabinet is constructed of 3/4" veneer core. Sides, tops, bottoms, and backs are all 3/4". Base cabinets have a split top to facilitate handling and installation. The front edge of the cabinets have a hot glued edge band of the same material that was specified for the exterior. These edges are stained to match. All exterior veneers are plain sliced or better and the interior is white birch. The shelves are 3/4" veneer core with a solid wood nosing, machined and sanded as a small bull nose. The 5 mm holes in the cabinet sides provide shelf adjustment. Base and tall cabinets have a 4" high and 3" deep toe kick. Drawers have 5/8" soft maple sides and are dovetailed. Blum tandem full extension under mount slides are used unless others are specified. Doors are 3/4" solid wood in various designs. Door hinges are fully concealed and self closing.
